How to switch accounts/log out?

I accidentally logged onto the wrong account on Ironsight when I initially launched,
now I'm not sure how to log onto my other account? I don't see anything regarding this
in-game or on the launcher.

Any help is appreciated.

Your steam account is now linked to an aeria account. There are some steps for you to take, in order to be able to simply start the game with the other account.

First you've to open a ticket with the aeria account name which is currently linked to your steam profile.
You can gat the aeria account name by loging in here with your steam profile:
https://www.aeriagames.com/account/login

Once you have the aeria account name you can open a ticket for the support to unlink this aeria account from you steam profile.

Ok, so you have opened a ticket now and you've to wait up to 72 business hours until they resposne to you that the steam account is unlinked.

Once the account is unlinked you'll be able to link your steam account to the old account.

In the meantime you can login by launching the launcher.exe in the gamefolder and entering your credentials.
The standard path (if not changed in steam) should be:
C:\Programme (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Ironsight

I guess you've used the wrong system or got a response but can't find it.
I suggest you to reopen a ticket with the same link I've posted above.

K, and when it gets unlinked, how do I link my old Ironsight account to Steam?

It will ask you if you already own a account or if you want to create a new one.

I have to launch it from Steam? And when I link it, I'll get the Hawk skin?

Yes, after the account is unlinked, then you have to start it normally via steam, not as said above via the launcher.exe.
The launcher.exe method is just a temporary solution.

I have similar issue, but after installing the game didnt ask me wheter i have an account or not. I tried to use launcher.exe but i couldnt connect with servers

The game is closed since August 2020. Aeria Games does not publish the game anymore. Only Wiple themselves publish the game at the moment.
