Can't you go in the settings and pick CSGO/2 as your game profile and then enter the exact sense you have in CS?

you just put the cs2 sensitivity in aimlab and make sure to select csgo as the sensitivity setting or whatever its called, its the exact same cm/360 it works very well

Make sure your fov values are correct, incorrect fov can throw off the conversion. Also make sure you have your proper dpi (cpi in settings) set in the settings of aimlab.

If it's still not working you're doing something wrong.

You should be able to use the in game sensitivities, the calculations are correct, as d3fct mentioned above make sure your FOV values and everything else are the same as when you are playing CS2 otherwise it will feel off.
