The way it detects gamepads is also an issue but doesn't cause errors: it seems to be set up for 360 and PS3 controllers but not Xbone, which is the one I have for my PC. That is the only other issue I have with the game, apart from the flickys in Rusty Ruin being a little finicky to catch.
"Colleague, I can not help you with the "memory access violation" issue, but I can help you with the control.
1- Enter the game and delete with the "A" button (of the control) and delete all the configurations of xbox and the one of the icon of Logitech (that is the one of numerical control)
2 - From there, with a numerical control or with your player instincts, put the buttons in place (obviously you configure it to your liking), for example: I put the "A" button which is the "1" button in the red square (that is to jump).
3- Configure all the buttons to your liking, as it suits you best.
4- Enjoy with the custom configuration
Even so, I'm still searching for information on the "Memory Access Violation" problem, but when I find something, I'll let you know, bah, if you remember XD. but seriously I do not know if I will find this forum returned, in any case send me a private chat. By the way, I speak Spanish. all this was by the translator XD"
WARNING: This will delete all saved data like unlocked characters. To get them all back (even the ones you didnt unlock), enable debug mode, and on the main menu (with Play, Gallery, etc) press F1. You can then turn debug off. This will not give all the Chaos/Sol emeralds tho.
1. In Windows Search, type %appdata% and press enter.
In that folder should be a folder called Sonic World (Atleast, for me there was a folder like that).
Open it, and you should see a folder called SaveData.
In here, scroll all the way to the bottom and you should see a file called SETTINGS.dat
Delete it, and open Sonic World
2. Go back to the SaveData folder a d delete everything inside.
Open Sonic World.
