A Normal Lost Phone and Another Lost Phone are mechanically the same as Simulacra, but very different thematically.

"don't take it personally, babe, it just ain't your story" is also kiiinda close - you are a near-future teacher tasked with snooping on your students. It's more visual novel though.

Mainlining and Orwell are more "hacking" games, but do involve a lot of snooping and reading private documents.
