Steam Game Purchase With Steam Wallet Error

So I have $50 in my steam wallet and I want to get Garry's Mod which is $10. But when I press checkout, it says this error:
The current payment method does not match the country of the store. The cart has been converted and the updated total will show on the next page. You may also review your cart here, or change your payment method below.

And sometimes it even says this: There seems to have been an error initializing or updating your transaction. Please wait a minute and try again or contact support for assistance.

Is there a fix to this problem?

I dont know what this has to do with sonic andventure DX
But if you can buy stuff from the mann-co store buy some keys and trade for it.
I know a guy who can get you a deal.
