Metal Sonic Story?
I couldn't help but had read on PSN store of this same game that there DLC has Metal Sonic Story as well in this game. Has anybody heard if this platform has already got Metal sonic story in this game?

Well,Metal Sonic is a playable character but you have to unlock him first which is very difficult and he doesn't have an extra story,you can just play him in the time trial mode(everything said goes for all the other versions of the game too)

I think you need all the 130 emblems

You do. It's the only way to unlock him.
