I haven't personally checked but I've seen quite a few people saying they are gone with the newest update.

As far as I've seen, the Steam/XBLA/PSN versions of SA:DX never had the Game Gear games to begin with. It doesn't matter to me, but to anyone who enjoyed playing the GG games on SADX on the Gamecube and the PC back then will be disappointed.

I think they should patch it in. If they do just that then it is possible that the sales could rise.

Abiet just a little bit. I happened to enjoy Tails Adventure on the big screen. Also gives it more purpose to collect all those emblems too.

Hint Hint Sega.

You don't get the games immediately to play. You must earn them first by getting a certain amount of emblems.

You don't get them at all, as far as I've seen. I'm sitting at like 50 emblems and still haven't unlocked anything. Unless they changed the unlock requirements, or something.

I read up somewhere sega made update to remove them for some reason from steam port. The reason is currently a mystery but I don't see the point in removing them unless steam had issues with people playing them on Sonic Adventure DX instead of buying them as is on steam market. Your practically playing the entire games for free from experience with them all and originals cept you just gotta earn them first.

I am going to repeat this: the digital releases of Sonic Adventure DX never had the Game Gear games. When Sonic Adventure was originally released on PSN and XBLA back in 2010, there was a DLC to upgrade it to SADX. People found that the the DLC doesn't add the Game Gear games for whatever reason. The Steam version, while partially based off of the 2004 PC port for the sake of optimization, was based mostly off of the XBLA version of the game. This version of SADX never contained the unlockable Game Gear games, period.

The recent update back in July seemed to only prevent people from replacing the Steam install with the original 2004 PC version (which people did for the sake of modding), and my guess is that Sega only made the update for that particular reason since literally nothing else about the game was changed.

There was strong evidence that at some point it did which was proven (not modded) that it had the game gear in them to unlock. Still no need to get all uppity about it.

Anycase folks your better off getting the original copy of the Sonic Adventure DX game which is still out for sale today but if you want Sonic Adventure your going to be looking for a while and prices for that title is outrageously high so better start saving if thats what your after.
