I will say that I did download the SADX Mod Installer a few days ago when I was having issues trying to run the game and was likely told the solution to fix it some time afterwards. But this mod does have 2 fullscreen settings, "Borderless Fullscreen" and "Exclusive Fullscreen". And there is an option to set the Render Resolution setting to 4K. Here's the link if interested.
