I'm stuck in the city hub
Just finished twinkle park and I don't know where to go next. The train station is locked down and the hint orb asks me if I've walked around the whole city (I've done that a couple dozen times) which isn't very helpful.

I really hate this about old games, the feeling of not knowing where to go or what to do next really puts a damper on the fun.

Assuming it's sonic's story: In the "roundabout" in front of the train station there should be an employee card you can use to enter a building next to twinkle park. At 49:20 in this video, since timestamps don't seem to work. https://youtu.be/fzGn-OEW2oM?t=2958
