You can't sadly, however, someone made a save pack on Gamebanana that has pretty much all of the story scenes viewable for each character.

First I recommend to backup your original save files before using the save pack. Then extract the save pack with a program such as WinRAR or 7zip in a folder to a convenient place on your computer (e.g. My Documents). Look for the cutscene you want to view again listed by the folder names in the save pack, go into that folder and copy its SonicDX##.snc to where Sonic Adventure DX is installed on your PC.

Important: The save pack is based off the 2004 PC version of Sonic Adventure DX, NOT the 2011/2014 Dreamcast Collection PC /Steam version. If you need to downgrade the Steam version, I recommend using SADX Mod Installer.

After downgrading the game, place the save file you want to use in this location:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Sonic Adventure DX\savedata

* This location may be different if you're using a 32-bit version of Windows or a different release of Sonic Adventure DX, or have the game installed somewhere else.
