Is it possible to get some emblems from the egg carrier after it crashes?

I decided that I would wait until I beat the game before I tried to get all the emblems, but because of that, I missed the emblem that's in eggman's private room. I also cant find the emblem on top of the spinning thing.

Yes, it is possible. Both of them are only available when the ship is transformed so get to that switch first.
