Sure you do. Just close the game and open it again.

It was only possible on the Dreamcast version.

You can't skip the credits without closing the game, and even then you wouldn't get a completed story emblem for it if you did. Just suck it up, wait it out, and enjoy the music.

If you install the SADX mod, there's an option to skip intro and credits, besides tons of other useful features and fixes, highly recommended.

what they said. Just get the modloader and activate the "Skip credits" Cheat.
