would have been cool if they d fix their ship assault/shipwreck update so it will work not only when map is fully zoomed out on the bridge - quite a lot of time have passed since release
Loving the game, but any chance we're getting the ability to bring a team during ship assaults/exploration?

they ll probably end up all dead anyway. for example if hit groups of liquid/zorc you ll have a hard time running around and placing energy screens just to keep crew alive
Just finished a run-through with this patch (PS4). Finally, a way to neutralise the space pirates, and it was actually really cool scouting through the derelicts looking for stuff to purloin.

It would be nice if you could bring a crew along with you, though. I mean, the really tough ships are a hell of a slog on your own. Turrets and barriers can only go so far.

Otherwise, one hell of a QoL upgrade, much appreciated.

wait so if you ll clear a pirate ship via ship assault it ceases to exist now?

wait so if you ll clear a pirate ship via ship assault it ceases to exist now?
It's still on the map but it no longer moves, it's now white in colour (low difficulty), and it doesn't attack you if you're on the same square as it.

Sometimes when you beam to a shipwreck, you'll spawn outside of it, and instantly die in space. So be warned.
I'm making a feedback about what I consider as the real problem of this update, not only the fact that the clones shoud already detect and destroy every aliens clusters they see, but the real trouble of the update is the fact that the "Assault Ship Module" do send you to a random location on every ship you met (Pirates/Shipwreck), and the worst is, it can sent you directly under the fire of a F.U.C.K.I.N.G. turret directly after you spawn in the ship. the least the module MUST do is to sent you at the safiest location possible, NOT at the direct threat, it happens to me too much time and the worst is the fact that the modules doesn't show what are the infestations onboard (you can't fight liquid in a shipwreck with level 1 clones, they're too much tough and armed and they are many in those, I'm saying that because they are the main reason I've been killed in shipwreck explorations multiples times). And the worst is the fact that the modules do also leaks of informations, because you MUST explore every shipwrecks to find artefacts inside, because they are not always shown on the monitor, but IT got the "Sites Located" info but they are not shown even when inside the shipwreck you find somes, why isn't it shown on the monitor then ? And also others troubles that sometimes the game make me ragequit is the fact that there's no informations for enemy levels on planets you spot after you discover their mains locations (For example: Framen level 2 on a "Critical" Planet, why the f.u.c.k. ?) All of this to said that this update is Incomplete, it add some good stuff but doesn't bring balanced informations about shipwrecks ressources, contains and infestations (and THAT MUST HAVE BEEN THE LEAST TO GIVE!) and I do still reiterate that the Design of "Rifle Sa1" is a garbage and must be changed back to the original models of the first version of the game, plus the fact that the "Light assault Rifle" of "Rocket Star" Must have a changed models to the "M4" and not the "ASS Val" it got, because the "ASS Val" is NOT an american weapons, it's not even a standard weapon, it's a soviet/russian special force weapon, why using this model for an american corporation ? Well, I've said all I had in mind, the next updates MUST include "Infestations Informations" and all Ship contains before exploring it, + identify the aliens levels on planets and the aestethics changes said here.

Agreed. I wasn't aware that it's a 3-man team, but they appear to be doing what they can. As for the busywork issues, I get the feeling that the whole "I have to do 80% of the work" thing is just part of the balance, and it's a bigger challenge than people realize in trying to find ways to ease the burden without entirely removing elements they *want* the player to have to deal with.

Within the context of this particular game, your job as captain is NOT to just sit in the chair and point at everything and watch your minions do all the work. You and the others are all clones, basically equals, with the role of captain being just a formality where everyone still has to work; it's just a vehicle for the player to take physical control. Plus, within the fiction it seems like these ships are somewhat desperate attempts to find a new place for mankind and, as such, they carry a certain element of "well, this isn't going to be perfect, and we're just going to have to work together to get through this" that means the operations are not going to be as streamlined as they (or we) would like, hence all the busywork.

I think that's the excuse for all the aggravation: they (we) are just trying to keep everything from falling apart, long enough to reach our final destination. You can pick it apart all you want and say "well come on, if A is a thing then surely B should be a thing also" but hey......3 people. They're doing what they can.

And this is a VIDEO GAME not an actual ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ spaceship. Take your toxic teen angst somewhere else, dillhole.
Can you work on the AI to make them more reliable that seems to be the major complaint most people have, i myself dont have a lot of experience with these issues yet but i love what you are doing and the ideas you have for this game :D
