Every time I try to drag it to the .exe file, it just opens the game and nothing is new.

Don't drop the file ON the exe, just copy the patch file into the same folder as the exe. Then run the game. If you did it right the title screen will have R18 in the bottom left of the screen.

There are 2 patches. Is the newer one just a more updated one or are they different? I'm looking for the most mature version..

I've copied the CE2_patch.mod file into the same folder as the EXE but don't believe it's actually applying. At least I've not seen an R-18 content yet. Is there a good way to trouble-shoot this?

If it worked you will see a R-18 icon when you are at the main menu, you need to unlock the content be gathering gold in-game

could you please give me the full-path name of your installed folder? Maybe I can find something wrong and be able to fix the bug.

If you downloaded the patch file before Oct 6 2017. please re-download it again and tell me if the problem still exists. Thank you very much.
