whenever i launch the game on the part where i have to grab the rattle my hands will not be there i this intentianal if so how do i continue if not then how do i fix this

I cant get the game to load into VR. I can see it on my Computer screen but in VR(Rift) it says its taking awhile to load if this issue persists remove headset etc.On Monitor Its just a froze scene of white...UNDER sheet? cant manipulate world. It opens in the monitor in full screen instead of windowed like other VR. and wont close unless I shut it down through task manager etc. Ive Uninstalled and reinstalled it restarted PC, and internet not sure what issue is as every other VR game I have works. Got the game for my kids. We cannot figure out how to drop certain items like the horn or squirt gun. Using Reverb G2.

I know there is another thread about not loading but that seems resolved, so will start a new one. I just bought the game and am able to launch it, but it hangs and hangs, then nothing happens.
