Cannot do the "meet associate " mission

just started the tuesday chapter, did all the fines and "pay fine " has been cut down fro mthe list on the map. now it says to "meet associate", but all the paths in the map that leads to it are closed/inaccessible. any help?

nope won't work, files were all verified ok, i re-restarted the entire tuesday chatper, ddid the fines, mission was stroke out, tried to go to that place in the marker in map for MP, but the access from the police stations says"openin later today mayber after you met associate" the other one from the other side of the map ditto

any help?

Oh I understand your problem now... You need to take the subway station, it's near the place where you first spawn when you load the level.

if you mean the building with the clocktower right on the left from where you spawn (which indeed looks like a train station) has all door blocked up by wooden planks and i cannot access them or the main door

Near that buiding there's a subway station with a screen showing multiple destinations.
It's just close to the area where you first spawn on Tuesday, can't miss it
