So why cant i disable cheats?

I legit cannot disable cheats in my save file and i've gotten pretty far so i would prefer not to restart from the beginning by starting a new save file all over again. i had to enable cheats in the first place because i was stuck inside the prison after the guard job due to a glitch. im typing sissy into the console but it wont disable cheats so i can get achievements again. can somebody help me with this?

Naturally, you CAN disable cheats. But just like any other game, you can't cheat once and then just disable in the same save to get achievements, that would give players a huge advantage and it wouldn't be fun for achievement hunters if anybody could just turn off cheats right before getting one.

You'll have to start a new game, sorry.

well i had to cheat so i could even continue playing the game because of the bug its not like i spawned in weapons to have fun
