Missing Krotchy dolls

Hello, some Krotchy dolls disappear after a while (after collecting a number of Krotchy, or collecting a specific Krotchy? don't know). You can find details in recent comments of the steam guide.

I got all of them and yeah GOODFELLA'S theory is correct after collecting about 25 krotchys. #19 disappeared so I started over and collected first #19 #15 and #14 then all the rest by regions.

Unfortunately the guide got updated after that comment so not sure which dolls exactly except that two are near the prison (one above an orange container).

I have a save file missing 2 Krotchy dolls if it helps (already sent to an email found in another topic though).
