Mission with spraying billboards

I sprayed 5 billboards and killed every people with pink t-shirt and game not pass the quest, my second problem is mission - ticket for parking - every cars have "green information" - paid is valid... where is problem

Shoot the meter to make it expired. As for the billboards mission I have the same problem.

You normally need to spray paint the billboards to a certain level, until your commenditator confirm you that it is enough. However, issues with this mission has been known, and aknowledged by RWS.

We haven't been able to reproduce the tag turf glitch ourselves, but we are definitely looking into it.

You have to look around town for them and you can kick them to make them show expired. Just make sure no one else is around otherwise someone will want to fight you because of it.

I also have been experiencing this glitch, if there's anything I can provide to help you guys with this let me know. Sprayed all 5 billboards, killed the guys with guns by the church, still get the radio message to spray the billboards.

I restarted the Tuesday twice doing the parking meter and then the board wall mission and did the turf tag and it kept breaking. I restarted again, but this time I did the cat mission before turf tag and it worked this time. It seems the event that starts the cinematic that happens when you tag the first billboard has a dependency on the cat mission. This was the first time I saw the cinematic and also got count downs for each billboard I tagged.

Right now, to complete tag turf, you need to kill all hipsters. This is due to a bug and you'll be able to do a pacifist run again in the next patch.
