What game do I play first?
Should I play postal 4 or brain damaged first, or stories not connected?

Those stories aren’t connected. You can play Postal 4 without any previous knowledge of the events of Postal 2.

My assumption was that BD takes place between 2 and Apocalypse Weekend while the Dude is in a coma. Not like it matters, like the other guy said BD has nothing to do with the other games beyond being fun and more Postal.

I will say this, Brain Damaged is by far the less buggy game and more feature complete.

The remaster of the first game is also worth playing. They fixed the controls so now it's actually playable.

Postal Redux and Postal 2 with Expansion pack the rest should and MUST be skipped
