There's a BDSM store near the mall (top right of it) that has a door with a passworded keypad.

Go into the bathroom at the BDSM shop. There are two numbers on the mirror and one on the floor.

Dang. I really should have tried that one (i.e., knowing it given the game it's referencing). I think I thought of it but had a brain fart and forgot it.
