False ban

Hey, there. I was playing Will to live online in Australia server and I reached level 16. But for some reason my account in Australia server was blocked last night its showing the reason i cheated which I didn't. I have sent mail to support, but no replay. Can anyone tell what's wrong, if they want they can really check if I was cheating or not, if I wasn't how can I get my account back?

Good to contact the devs. Also do file verification via steam just in case it is a bug from the anti-cheat.

You probably did real money trading. Your ban won't be lifted. Contact devs through VK play but it prolly wont do much

No I didn't do any real or virtual money or info trading any abusing I's sure about that, I ready to do any kind of check or verification if the dev want.

A few months ago WTLO updated to a newer version of EAC and it has been falsely flagging some players lately. You could send an email to [e-mail] but the developers are not good at responding there. They primarily use a platform called VK (but expect to wait a few days for a response there too), check out VK here: https://vk.com

I have already reached out to them in VK, I'm also sorry for not getting the VK part before. I didn't know what was VK before now I know it. Is there any possibility of, they will remove my ban if I talk to them in VK?

you literally just repeated what I said omegalul - and you've been banned too long, they said they do not check that email address any longer so hopefully nobody listens to you if they actually want a response

Guys it's my fault for not getting the VK part, please don't argue. But now Is there any possibility of, they will remove my ban if I talk to them in VK?

That's good then, because I'm pretty sure that I didn't cheat. So if I didn't cheat, I think they will be removing my ban. Something like that?

They ask for my steam id link in VK Yesterday, and I shared the link. But no response, after that until now. Can anyone tell me, if you have any idea how long they will take to check or responce?
