Buying Credits

I bought credits on the shop then i waited and it keeps saying its adding them like i get the sound for it but it taked them back right after and says i have zero

If your problem still relevant, just try logging into a different server than the one you are playing on: just select any server and go to the character selection lobby. You do not need to create a character and enter the game itself. You just need to enter the lobby.
