How can I start this quest. Or how give me the Quest? Kuzmitch? I don't get any more quests from him except AWL Stims. Or do I have to find something else?

Yeah you have to go to Kuzhmich for that quest, didnt tried to completed yet

He doesn't give me the quest. I can only do AWL Stims

Yeah Kuzmich will give you that quest, i belive its after you do sticky situation quest for him. You need to be certain level for that aswell, so maybe you just need to level up a few levels...?

I did all the quests for him.
I'm now lvl 24.
I don't know how to trigger this quest now

You can do it after you've finished the Sticky Situation quest, which involves a bit of walking around and ends with giving hornet dust to Valera. He then gives you the Pharmacist-K for the quest, and you can immediately talk to him afterwards in regard to making one of your own.

Post screenshots of your quest list.

I finished the Sticky Situation quest with honey dust at Valera. But he didn't give me a new quest other than Sand Spiders. Shouldn't there be an entry in the quest log with Sticky Situation: Lost Device?

I think there is a problem with this quest.
Others may have similar problems.
Can the Dev's reset the quest?
