lets assume that you are in faction, shooting spiders and resupplying in nearby base in canyon, what you do is sell all sunspider parts to vendor, keep the metals for M1 ammo and gold for clan tech quest if needed, also if you have 100% reputation you squeeze absolute maximum money from your spider runs

If you're not in a faction, selling to Claudia and Viktor Petrovitch is your best bet. IIRC they buy items for 90% of base price, which is highest you can get.
