Suggestions for miner(Big guy tree) builds

I've got some ideas for end-game miner build
I would appreciate a veteran opinion about how well they could work both in PVP/PVE

what is your opinion about
Thicc tank with

8Str/5Dex/10Stam/3Acc/2Int/4Fortune

(Can use the stimulant for 2 more strength)

He will use explosives and shotguns

Or

L96 miner build(requires 7 accuracy)
The stats would be-
8str/5dex/6stamina/7acc/4fortune

He would use rifles and shotguns

Will the tank build be valid for both PVP and PVE?
Would the rifle-miner is enough to tank a boss/take a shot from a hunter?

If you have other builds in mind please share them

Hey sorry for going off topic but what stats would u recommend for pvp mercenary ?
Should I get 7 Acc or go 6 and rest use on Str/Stam.

Absolutely Acc 7, i use MSR for merc and have Acc 7 also use PO-1 as a scope and its basicaly semi auto sniper, 2-3 quick shots and it takes down lvl 45 guys easily (just get max proficiency on all guns and use crafted ammo!)
