Whirlwind spawning on top of players

I was out hunting some boar, when suddenly, a whirldwind spawn right on top of me, instantly killing me. Maybe you should make it so that this can't happen, or, make some warning, like you can hear the whirlwind coming before it spaws in.

it wanders around that area randomly. It doesn't spawn on you.

If that is true, then it must also be true that it can be completely silent. Which still, in my opinion, would be good to change.

It does appear to spawn on top of you sometimes if you can't hear it, which has happened to me a number of times while I thought I was in the clear, wandering around doing my thing then all of a sudden, dead.

Very frustrating but not much you can do.

If it was in the cemetery, it's normal, there's a tornado walking around this area. Remember to avoid them next time and take note of his movements

This has happened in two different areas so far. I can neither see nor hear any whirlwind when it happens. I'm very aware of their existance and try to avoid them of course. But if there isn't even a sound from them, then it has to be a bug, or it simply spawn on top of me, because the ones that I actually see do make sound.

So something clearly is not right here. =P

I think some bug tornadoes too. Engineering, I heard it but without seeing it. It would take almost all to check to be sure.
