What is PVP like in this game?

Like is there a set area or is it just going around and killing people whenever you can? Just wondering because when I saw PVP I downloaded this game.

But just wondering because I would like to get into that

Well I'm new also, level 8. You can shoot anybody on PvP servers. ( Except, you can disable PvP till level 15, after that no PvP disable. )

As first look, a level 14 guy 1hk to me with his sniper rifle while I was at level 4 roaming around.

And there is a faction warfare.

Probably end game will rely on teams and clans.

and you can be killed by BANDITS (bots) also even if you disable PvP
and guys from other factions can kill you also, so basically you can safely play till lvl 15 on any servers (but beware bandits)

If it's bots then that isn't really the same. Unless it's from escape from tarkov scavs lol

got killed by LVL 24 while being LVL 4. Epic isn't it. Kept killing me. Wondering if it's worth playing.

This is a pretty old thread that I made a while back since I was looking around for games that the specs weren't too crazy for. Now that I got my upgrades this game wasn't really for me.

If I rememeber right this game tried to be S.T.A.L.K.E.R but failed. Had some of the same stuff but the way did it wasn't really that fun and felt really grindey.

I play Destiny 2 and at least when I'm grinding I know what I'm grinding for.

Pretty much this, found Destiny 2 to be much more fun and plus the Stalker games are a ton of fun too. Might even give scum a chance too when I get paid.

Got sent home since my friend sister got tested for the coof and she was postive. So pretty much my work looked at me since he is my ride kinda went "Yeaaaaaa were gonna have to let you go for about a week and when you get the covid test too".

Yeah I have Destiny 2 at my library for long time. Always wanted to try Stalker but were scared it will be scary haha.

pvp in this game is like: you getting shot in the back (usually hunter one shot one kill with top gun, crafted bullets with greater damage that can shoot through any armor)

They have also introduced PvE only servers (or "no PK") as they call it in-game. That at least keeps the griefing at bay. Does not change the fact that it is a grindey fetch-quest style game though.

How do the control the "no PK"

Been playing for 200hrs (L14). Probably gonna move to No-PK when I reach L15. What is the point of playing for an hour and bring in the loot to be killed by noob camping outside safezone? This is what always kills a PVP game. Allow me to bring the goodies where and when I want. EFT is the same; beautiful game, nice gameplay, but exfil campers....
