Just unluck You must kill tonns of Hornets before you get some Hornets dust.

idr like 15+ maybe. Farm the wasps anyways and keep a stash at the black sunset. Alot of wasp parts are used for camos, so it's a win win.

Ran out of cash at the hornet camp. The alternative is to hit the rail car zone line, south west region of map, the south side has a rail car that spawns the dust every 5 minutes or so gl guys.
