Mercenary can wear Medium armor can spec into rifles and is a good all rounder class
Miner gets a boost in mining and can wear full heavy armor but specs into shotguns
Engineer wears full light armor gets a exp boost and learns weapons faster but uses smg's and can place claymores down and healing stations
But is there skills list ?
Like Turret, Stealh, etc?
Is there passiv skills list?
I am lost and it seems quite confusing
Is that really strong ? why ?
Btw, there is 0 active skills ??? that is really low
will there be new skills? Engi like offensive turrets etc?
Are all class can use claymore or specific to engi ?
In PvP what are your advices in term of class?
Merc: medium health. Medium carry weight. Medium armor. Medium speed. Assault rifles and pistol are primary. Rifles are secondary. Jack of all trades class when it comes to combat. Has issues making money due to focus on assault rifles.
Hunter: low health. Low armor. Low carry weight. High speed. Rifles and pistols are primary. Assault rifles secondary. Gets more loot from PvE kills. AI enemies show up on the mini-map.
Engineer: low health. Low carry weight. Low armor. High speed. SMGs, explosives and pistols are primary. Assault rifles secondary. Gets access to a mobile healing and spawning, They currently need reworked since they can be stole. They will be getting grenade launchers in a future update. Currently considered the weakest class.
Only engineer can use claymores. Anyone can use grenades.
Hunter: Sniper class. Can spec into rifle damage / crit. Has the highest % chance for the bullet to go where you're aiming. (Shooting doesn't always go down sight / center dot if you have low stats like Miner.) You can spec into less fatigue when running but you get less stamina than a miner so it's a waste. Hunters can also survive longer in rad zones. If you want to hunt artifacts, take on higher level enemies than you should before level 10, pick Hunter. You can snipe up to 300 meters away before your bullets won't register. You can see other players around 350 meters and mobs up to 450 or so but bullets will not hit unless they are within 300 meters.
Passive: Can see monsters on the mini map. (As blue dots.)
Pros:
-Can use snipers Great for ganking still targets.
-Can travel through rad zones a bit easier.
-Biggest single crit in the game w/ Thunder 100%
-Best loot / bullet cost ratio. (Save money farming mobs VS other classes.)
Cons:
-Low health compared to Miner and Mercenary.
-No assault rifle perks. (Best gun for PvP / PvE. Highest DPS weapon.)
-Fatigue perk is useless with stimulants or cider.
-Takes longer to kill mobs due to having to kite from extreme range.
-World of Huntercraft. Just about everyone rolls hunter.
Miner: Tank / Shotgun class. Can spec into damage reduction, extra health, more carry weight, more item slots. Has the lowest % chance to hit and crit. Shotgun slugs can miss 100% (Bad RNG.) Class weapon is meh tier and has no real purpose. (Marauder 7 is better.) Can wear heavy armor but doesn't really help with anything currently in the game. (Armor pretty much nullifies low level mob damage and that's it.) Highest natural health and stamina pool. Great as an alt to mule / farm / take loot to hideout.
Passive: WAY more health / stamina than other classes. Also % damage reduction. Heavy armor.
Pros, but...
-Tons of health, but can't really farm higher level content early. Level 8 has the same health as a level 16 hunter.
-Loads fo stamina. Run for longer periods. Ease of travel.
-Heavy armor is fun to tank buttloads of mobs then grenade them all down at once. However, repair bill sucks and crafting / buying the best plates can be a pain.
-Autoshotty is fun. Shotguns are best value per bullet, but not if you factor in medkits.
Cons:
-Shotguns mean you will be taking lots of hits. Can't handle swarms of mobs.
-No decent perks for PvE or PvP. Just ones for mining mostly.
-Repair bill, as per the rule of tanks in MMO's, is costly.
-Lowest crit % and hit % in the game. Loses to merc in PvP but can clean up hunters at mid-close range.
Mercenary: Assault Rifle / PvP / DPS focused class. Can spec into crit %, weapon swap speed, assault rifle damage / hit / crit %, can wear medium armor, fastest sprinter, starts with more weapon damage than other classes. More points to spec into (best value if you were crazy enough to level to 99 if you even can.) Manliest class. More health than hunter, less than miner.
Passive: Learn gun proficiency faster. Starts as if guns were at 50% damage wise. (Menu shows zero, but stacks, so 100% prof = 150% to other classes.)
Pros:
-Best DPS in the game.
-Weapon damage passive.
-Fastest mob farmer. Can take on zergs with ease.
-Best PvP. Headshots / Crit headshots can take down players instantly and spray pattern naturally hits head from chest.
-Fastest runner.
-Better carry weight and item slots than hunter and engineer.
-Has a sneaky silenced gun to help farm mobs easier, but can still be heard 500 meters away. (Bug?)
Cons:
-Leveling kinds sucks till 10. SKS is slow. If someone knows how to level 7-10 faster let me know.
-Using one gun gets boring. Just point and shoot spray class gets maddening.
-Everyone will re-roll mercenary eventually so you're nothing special.
-Medium armor doesn't really make a difference in PvE at all and I haven't noticed much in high level PvP as we all just aim for the head anyway.
-Less stamina efficient than hunter and miner. Not that it matters once you farm / buy ciders or stims.
-Not the most accurate so RNG can screw you at times. Barely noticable.
-Horrible bullet / kill ratio later in the game. (Farming bosses costs a few thousand in ammo / meds.)
Engineer: Smg/Healer/Trapper class. Worst class for bullet / kill ratio. Has the lowest health, carry weight, and stamina. Can level proficiencies faster than others. Can use healing beacons (AoE healing that is mega costly, and anyone can loot it.). Can set mobile respawn points (as long as it's powered by a battery.). Has more crafting slots for the furnance. IMO just level this sucker to 10 and plant him at the mining town to make armor. Use the miner to harvest your stuff, and the merc to run it to the starter town to sell. Though there's better money makers out there.
Passive: More furnance slots. Fastest learner. Earns slightly more exp per kill. Medkits heal way more. Can use claymores. (Mine the bunker and watch the fun!)
Pros:
-Everyone wants to be your best bro cause you can heal and res them. Less ganks.
-You learn faster so you can grind less.
-Faster exp = speed leveling till you hit end game and can't really farm bears solo.
-SMG's reload sounds intimidating / gangster as heck.
-Nerds are the new Chads. Get mega e-girl attention by being the rarest class.
-Claymore up your favorite quest hubs and watch the rage.
Cons:
-Laughable health and stamina pool. Lousy carry weight. Awful inventory space.
-Claymores cost too much.
-Your healing and res beacons can be looted by anyone and sold for a mad mega-profit. Server restarts / crashes will delete your beacons.
-Rival clans / factions will KoS you first to cripple your squad.
-E-girls don't really want engineers. They go for the Chad Mercenaries and friendzone the engineers.
-Worst bullet / kill ratio. This class is worse on the wallet than a Miner.
-Current end-game healing is aggro trade + med spam and respawns are ran by 20 coal campfires so engineer isn't even needed at all.
-Who the heck needs more furnance slots?
TL:DR- Play merc. Engineer sucks.
Don't know where you get your info from as I have consistently hit mobs up to 400+ meters. It's not the game's fault when you can't shoot targets at long distances.
I don't think you have ever played the miner or you're just a little stupid. M-12 is the best weapon in game for close range. It can kill lvl 1 and 2 bog belches with pretty much 1 mag depending on how much you crit and you can empty the mag much faster then the M-7.
I don't know where you are getting your info on crits and hit chance.
This game just has the typical RNG on the cone coming out of your gun. The only time you will get a hit but do 0 damage is when you hit something in a heavily armored area.
Crits come out of a combo of armor pen and weak points. If you are hitting weak points and/or you can pen the armor. You can crit. Weak points jack up your chance to crit.
Miners average a much lower pen than the other classes.
Do you have any numbers/posts from the devs/proof?
Because to me it sounds like you just aren't a good shot/don't know where to shoot and so you just feel like these classes have these chances to hit and crit.
Miners can crit, but the crit chance is rolled per shot, not per pellet. Even though when critting it'll only show a few pellets critting, it's not a roll per hit. Over 1000 shots with a level 18 Miner showed crit chance to be around 1/9. Where as Merc has a crit chance @ level 10 around 1/5.
Also not everyone knows all the weak points, but Miners shots ADS while crouching and standing still can go WAY off sight (even witth an attachment.) rarely, which causes inconsistency. (Talking about slugs here.)
No, it's rolled per "left click" and not per "pellet hit" even though it appears that way. Spread-shot has a max damage limit to prevent every pellet doing 600+ damage so you can't mass-murder bosses in seconds. This is why your damage log only displays one damage report regardless of all the smaller numbers.

Short and sweet of it although most classes can be used for everything to some extent.
