"New Order" Quest - Where do I get Radioactive metal?
I'm told to go to the Dead Forest to kill the bugs for radioactive metal - however if I kill "small flesheaters" I don't find radioactive metal. If I pick a fight with an elder cave spider I get raked over the coals (fighting with a Coyote rifle with DT-01 and scope using 5.45x39 HP, can't really do enough damage before I get killed).

Do I just need to keep trying vs the elder cave spiders? Or is there another critter I need to take on?

you need to kill the bugs that are actually just called bugs or elder bugs.
also HP rounds wont work well against spiders because HP rounds have low armor penetration and spiders have decent armor.

Yeah, I'm realizing I need to be much more careful with my shots than normal.

Lol, either go in the spider cave south of the mine or do the loot run in the strange place caves..
