Well done.
Thank you! I've added a few more, too. From invisible quest items that are only there when the quest is set as your MAIN active, to silly "i'm just gonna cook all my food now" mistakes.
I know how frustrated I was when I made some of these errors. So good to know from the get-go!
I have! If you go to the side of the village with the two military-looking hangars and stuff, there is a house just before you leave town on that side (on the right).
It has two shipping large containers in the yard. He is between those.
They look like this:

EDIT: Yes it is, especially with the quests...
Make sure you got plenty of ammo and medkits, however... Also some minerals are harder to find.
lol definitely. I made a few thousand off of selling metal scraps. Of course, I haven't tried to turn them into iron bars w/ coal and check their value then. If it's anything like cooking, the value should go up the further they are processed.
-Cook meat before you sell it, hearts and types of meat will always sell for more cooked.
-Dont let your armour and weapons go to low on durability or you will not be able to repair it.
-Save your bottles, fill with dirty water, then distill it on a campfire, then you can sell, use or make tea and other stuff with it.
-When dealing with higher level creatures like belch bogs, use highest ap rounds you have while they are approaching you, then switch to high damage weapon you have with hp bullets as ap rounds would have already shred creatures armour.
-Early on grab all stuff you can find around that isnt too heavy, every tokens early on help alot.
-Quests can carry you up to level 10ish and give you enough tokens to buy gear and weapons
Hunters class-skills improve how much they can acquire off animals; their pistol and rifle (I'm assuming refers to the Squirrel and SKS) damage and accuracy as well
Mercenaries excel w/ assault rifles and pistols instead.
Care to eleborate on the classes? Can't seem to find any information on them.
Miner focus on pistols and shotguns, can carry alot and are beefy
Engi uses sub and explosives, also have devices that serve as heal and respawn point.
hunter is the sniper of the game
Mercenary is something allround with focus on assault rifles
