Where is Fedya Sizy?

I have been looking for that guy for the quest "Foreign native" all over the place in the marked village, but only got killed about 5 times by that ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ wind-anomaly and could not find a single hint on him. Where do i need to look?

Finally found him... Between the 2 containers near the engineering facility.

I quit this quest. I've been working on it for six hours. I've looked between every box ,every house, even glitched on top of houses to check from up there. He is nowhere to be found for me. And other players couldn't find him, either.

Even worse, the giant swirling anomaly can glitch and become entirely invisible. So you can suddnedly take 200+ damage and be instakilled in the wilderness or in town, and have to spend 30 minutes walking all the way back to continue the search.

Going to have to do every other quest except this one, I guess.

That invisible wirldwind is ridiculous. It has killed me multiple times. Please make it visible at least. It's extremely annoying. There is no warning. Suddenly I'm blown up in the air and die. I've died so many times now looking for this guy.

It's not invisible and has a distinct path, which is back and forth across the street. I've died to it a handful of times but mostly due to being impatient.
