an unreal process has crashed ue4-wtl

Before the 0.50.4 patch everything was fine but with the new patch i can't play the game no more...it keeps crashing when i press play.
I reinstalled the game several times no luck deleted my graphic drivers and reinstalled still doesn't work.

Please help!!!!

Try to put the graphics options to a minimum. Check that the full screen option is selected, otherwise test the windowed option.

I put the graphics to low...tried full screen and windowed keeps crashing...

16gb ram
r9 380x 4gb with the latest drivers

Before the patch i could play the game with the graphics on epic with around 60fps

You did not download a new driver for your graphics card? Otherwise, try to uninstall it and find the old version.

Otherwise, I do not see what it could be. People with lower configurations are able to launch the game so it's strange. The game don't like AMD xD.

check your latest downloaded programs in the uninstall tool

No i didn't download a new driver or downloaded anything else.
Just updated from 0.50.3 to 0.50.4

Every other games are working fine

Am i the only one with this problem?

Hello! Please try to delete your configuration files. They are in this folder:

C:\Users\YOUR_USERANAME \AppData\Local\WTL\Saved\Config\

Do you have a crash even before main menu or it happens when you are trying to connect to servers? Did you send us crash repoert (Send & Close button)?

No crash before the main menu, i can choose server, pick my character and press play it loads and goes back to windows.

You can always try to remove the game with Revo Uninstaller. It will remove all data from the game and even those that are more hidden. I do not think it will work but you can always try.

I think it comes from Unreal Engine 4. I see a lot of people who have their game crash so it might be worth looking for a solution at this level.

If yes, can you send us your crash file?

It located in this hidden directory:

C:\Users\YOUR_USERNAME\AppData\Local\WTL\Saved\Crashes

Please delete all files from the Crashes. Start the game. When game will be crashed, you will see a new crash file. Please send it to [e-mail]
