NO-PK means NO PVP right ?

Nope. At this moment fractions shoot each other all arround the game world. Non fraction players can play safely in most locations but beware of Canyon location. Its full PVP. One more thing players with enabled PK function can open your stashes. PVE players here is a second priority for developers. NO-PK like light PVP mode for people who cant play on normal server.
I reccomend you my "PVE не NO-PK сервер" topic here. Yeah its full RUssian but you probably will may undestand how is bad situation here.
