Where do i find it i cant find any in the Korovie Village.

If you are standing at the Korovie salesman (not the stockman) run north west towards the hanger building. You should pass by a wrecked bus, some storage containers, and boxes - next to each of these objects will be a red box; that is where you will find the oil. Search around more and more, in a wider area there is a decent amount.
