Iron Flamingo Light Bulb (spoilers)

So I'm at end game, I beat final boss couple days ago and I have been looking for all the bulbs. The only one that I have left is Iron Flamingo one. I looked it up on the wiki and said to scan yourself as Punch. How do I become Punch??? Nothing happens when he's in the party and when he's out of the party I can't change into him. Do I need do a dungeon or something? I know have the heart dungeon, dark dungeon and light bulb dungon to do. Help would be very much appreciated.

On the Central Hub, there is a sparkle near the main entrance, that you can access with the ship, there you get the Punch form.
