Arcade memory stone help

I am trying to get the stone for beating the high scores for all the games in the arcade, but I am having a really hard time trying to figure out what the trick is to most of them. The highest score i've gotten on the skii ball one is 5. Any advice on what to do, other than get better?

Unless the game is more merciful than I think it is, it's basically a straight 50/50 chance on whether you win each round or not. You need to win 6 rounds to get 320 tickets and beat the high score. If you don't use any strategy about banking points from ties, you'd expect to get to 320 tickets in 1 out of 64 games. If you spend 2 points to auto-win the 6th round after you've already won 5 by random chance, you should get 320 tickets in 1 out of every 32 games. You might win slightly more often if you use points to resolve ties, but the math on that is a bit more iterative than I want to try - my instinct is to say not to use a point to resolve a tie unless you've already won 2-3 rounds.
