i notice no one has unlocked this yet
is this a new achievement?

I suppose, I honestly don't have the VHS on BlackBay so I am not certain that it is in the game as of now.. Do you have the option to sell those on BlackBay or am I the only one who doesn't?

Maybe they're going to patch in some tie-in objects from American Theft 80s. They better pull the trigger on that soon so we can all restore our 100% status.

I sold all 5 vhs, but the achievement didn't count.

I had the same issue but turns out you have to trigger a save. You can do this by traveling to any location, the Pawn Shop for example.

Sold via blackBay, no Achievement. Even after change of location. Could it be it's not possible on newgameplus? Do i have to do it in my normal savegame?
