Jewelry & Safes
I am unable to locate jewelry inside any houses after the mission to dissassemble the necklace. And do safe contents respawn? After cracking a safe I've revisited it several times and its still empty.

Just buy some hints on stealyourforums, it will tell you where are the safes in previous houses, jewelry and pricey items don't respawn.

jewelry doesn't respawn? So eventually there won't be any more at all? Or do you mean the jewelry from the jewelry mission?

Pricey items dont respawn.. So Im stuck stealing wifi routers and tv remotes?

No, just check/buy the loot info on the stealyourforums, there are tons of pricey stuff left.
