Great job!
It's not an optional DLC via Steam because this is still WIP, and using the updated models can lead to performance issues on those PCs that are low-end but can run basic NWN:EE just fine.
THANK YOU BEAMDOG!!
The game is very old. if people are playing on a PC that cannot handle it, that is their problem.
Regarding it being WIP, that is fine, make it DLC after it is completed.
New models seem to be a mixed bag unfortunately, some are fine, others look odd (female ones in particular suffer from ugly faces and weird looking waistlines).
It also looks like they didn't include the "jiggle physics" seen in the originals (ponytails, for instance, used to dangle as your character walked around but now they're just stuck in place) which is a shame.
Moreover, character shadows are completely broken for me right now.
+1

I have a request; I have a few friends who have physical limitations that make it uncomfortable for them to play keyboard-and-mouse games for long periods of time. I'm aware that NWN:EE is on several consoles, but to the best of my knowledge the PC edition doesn't have much if any controller support.
I humbly ask Beamdog focus some time into adding support for controllers on the PC edition. There's a fantastic controller and keyboard prompts asset collection in the public domain license under CC0 that can help the artists if necessary. (https://thoseawesomeguys.com/prompts/)
Support for controller hotplugging and simultaneous controller+KB/M would be excellent bonuses, but even full usability with a predetermined controller would be wonderful.
Thank you to any Beamdog staff who even read this message, I would love to hear news of any consideration or development progress on this front. :)
