Since the big lighting engine overhaul (which was great by the way) 9/10 times Rain & Snow animation is just not present, I did log a ticket but I didn't save the ticket number. I have also checked with others in an forum for a module I play, others are also experiencing this issue.

The issue you mention seems to be related to an old build. Can you please provide a savegame for a repro in the current beta?

Build seems to work here, just some feature requests please:

Better organization for Toolset scripts please. Our server has a handful and it is hard to scroll through to find scripts via name. It would be nice if we should throw them in a 'group' folder, ex. 'Conversation' group/folder would contain all convo scripts. And this group/folder can be expanded or collapsed. Maybe something like this exists and I am missing it.

Also, I could never get mp3s working in our hak files. I tried converting to BMU as well but no luck. Any information regarding this would be appreciated :)

Other than that, thank you for all the updates, merry early xmas!

Just played it and it is certainly ready for release! Playing in Daggerford, and the game has never played better. And, on Windows and then after I moved to Linux, I've been playing NWN since 2002. I fired up the Linux client on the Diamond Edition, and little graphical differences were noticeable, as well as smoother gameplay.

AFAIC, YES!

It's Ready for Release!

I think the items dropped on the ground are still floating above it a little, but it's not verry noticeable so as far as i'am concerned this patch seems ready for release

You can already turn off the intro movies in the options for the game. I have mine turned off.

I got a visual glitch appearing as flickering water when reflective water is enabled in Port Llast.
Also, two things which are bothering me a lot currently:
1. No matter which setting i choose, gras is never rendered at all :((( even after clearing the override folder.
2. The Facelift settings make no difference at all, even after clearing the override folder.
3. There are no settings for switching between windowed/borderless/fullscreen... other than changing the settings file manually.
Point 1 makes me pausing my playthrough until I got a fix for this. Very sad :(
Still found no one with the same problem (no gras) though, what could possibly be the reason other than the engine itself?

toolset still can not load the hak files, seems the load set wrong, feel this is a important problem

What are your ticket numbers?
this patch has not let me launch my game at all. I have re installed the game 2 times now. the game attempts to launch, then it feeds me a message saying 'neverwinter nights has stopped working'. I have tried everything I have read online, and numerous things friends have told me. please for the love of god help me get my game to work.

Try deleting the NWN folder in Documents (create a backup first) and let the game re-create it at your next launch.

Does this patch fix the broken secret door issues in Modules? There are a few community fixes, but it does take time to run through them every single time the texture does not allow secret doors to open or transfer the player and party to a new area if it does open. Very game-breaking to have to run DM mode to get through areas.
