Missing NPC

Hi,
Just started playing and I got to the church to find the person I was looking for seems to be a disembodied voice. Although I can communicate with the survivor, they are completely invisible. Is this normal?

Yes, there are a lot of invisible characters in the game. Probably they will fix this someday.

Yeah, same. I came back after a break since like september or something, all was good last time i played, and now all the NPC in the safehouse on the island are gone. I could hear they talk, but couldn't see anyone. I havent checked the other locations. They must have messed that up too, along with adding some extra features, like the game crashing every 5 min..

It's solved by exiting to startmenu and then back ingame again, your profile will also go invisible and that's a fast and easy way to check if it's time to restart, until the bug is fixed.

I have a Firebird that appears and disappears that I now call Blinky.

Well it seems leaving the game and coming back does make the first npc appear but then when I got to the safe house where I met the next npc he was a disembodied voice. So I dunno I guess they'll appear at some point but not all at once. Just a pain to have to restart just so they appear.

Stenhaga farm wont load, like the literal farm isnt there, i already rebooted the game like 3 times

sounds like you need to verify the game files in the steam settings.
