About bikes...
Could it be added in the spawn menu of your vehicle station to select who may use your vehicle? A simple "Only you", "Friends only" or "Everyone" would make it alot more accesible for players.
Of course only 1 spawnable vehicle per player remains, making it clear that your choice affects you directly.

Yes but if they don't have the DLC or the moped unlocked, all they have is a bicycle.

Even without a paid DLC, everyone has a bicycle, a free moped motorbike (get it at Asotungan Outpost and schematics machine drops and a free flakmoped (get outside Nydala barn safe house (I think should also have schematics from machine drops).
