weakpoints are always there and there are more then enough ingame sources to what robot is weak where....

more variation in robots, more behaviours, some system that rewards stealth by maybe climbing on the bots to tamper with there exposed parts, less agile tanks it just looks so stupid when the things just bucking it over an open field XD

Much more enemy types & variety.
Way better & complex gunplay with modern weapons and gadgets.
Much more reactive machines.
More coherent gameplay and better mission design with more characters & dialogues.
And also, setting-wise, modern times & a much more urban setting.

Nothing from the group of developers that made the final update. And doubt the original design team of Gen Zero will ever do anything again.

realistic weapon damage to robots. antitank sniper would feel like antitank sniper, ammo for it would be rarer, you wouldn't be able to move so quickly with it when holding it, if you destroy big machine component like leg joint, it would fall to the ground. helldivers 2 made a good example of tactical combat like that but its still far from perfect

I don't want a sequel
These devs are clowns

Nothing. I won't buy anything from these clowns ever again.

Took them 5 years to "finish" the game after releasing - and it wasn't even released in early access.

Bugs are still sitting there to this day, plenty of them.

And what have they done meanwhile? Added a ton of new stuff, introducing new bugs, ignoring the community and feedback, completely changed the game under people's feet and overall just cruised along doing whatever they like instead of focusing on core functionality.

They're incompetent, take no pride in their work, and obviously lack proper leadership.

That I won't be buying it.

A good, functional game. Besides the epic intense firefights between you and the two machine factions and the funny ragdolls the machines have, the entire game is full of unfinished and underwhelming mechanics/inclusions.
Every quest is a fetch quest where you go to "location" and click interact on "item/object", none of the characters have any real soul in them besides the pretty good voice acting, and the mountain of bugs that have yet ti be fixed, make this game so underwhelming in every way.
Thats not even mentioning the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ending, which i wont spoil, but I will say this, Its so much, admittedly cool buildup for such a tame and boring conclusion.
