Apparel Schematics

Do these still exist? I'm going through and getting all of the collectibles and schematics in the starting region before I move on. I found from multiple sources the location of the athletic shoes, in a bathroom in one of the bunkers. I'm standing in that bathroom and there's no schematic here and looking at my profile I didn't already find it and forget.

So I don't have this schematic and it's not where it's supposed to be. Any ideas? Also, I'm not even sure I know how schematics work. Does a 1 star schematic give you one free level for the relevant item on the apparel schematic screen (where you spend apparel points you get for killing rivals)? 2 star gives you two levels, etc?

Or did they do away with apparel schematic world spawns entirely? This is a very confusing system.

yes they were turned into these new tickets, some of them are buggy so you can't collect them while they are stucked in rubbish

every schematic gives you now 1 point, depending on what you collected,
clothing or ammo

item points are obtained through crafting items like medkits and grenades

i checked the location and it is possible to collect the plan
i hope we are talking about the same object in bunker skarven on the toilet seat
map coordinates; -98, 3113

Thanks for the response. What do you mean by tickets?

Yes, that's the location. The only thing on the toilet seat is a backpack to loot. There's no schematic there.

with the new awfully mixed update, they moved schematics into unshockables, either kill machines, rivals or go to the ex- schematic locations pick em up and get X amount of points to spend on unlocking them in a menu tab in the inventory menu.

So if I pick up the athletic shoes schematic, it now just gives me a generic point to spend on the apparel schematic screen, and no longer actually applies to that specific item?

This is all very confusing, I'm not sure I've seen a worse crafting system than this.

it has its pros and cons
previous system was pure rng hell for the 3star+ schematic, which only dropped from rivals

now you need to go through the tree to get to the item you want to level and it look like lvl5 is bugged at least for me while i can't buy the lvl 5 upgrades

The issue is the wiki, and many other sources still call the apparel schematics what they used to be called, which is very confusing for new players. The apparel schematic screen also says you can only get points if you kill rivals. There's just a lot of contradicting info out there and it's a nightmare for new players.

one guy had a similiar issue like you, it was an ammo box which spawned on top of his plan
maybe loot the bag and return after 4 h and see if it disappeared
and the plan isn't under the bag?

you could try to look for the plan in multiplayer in the world of another player or create a new world

My next problem is when I go to apply the schematic bonus to what I'm wearing, it applies it to some random clothing item instead. Is there a way to remove a bonus from a clothing item and put it on the one you want? I'm honestly in shock about how many problems this game has that they do nothing about.
