Car Battery EMP more rare ?

I'm not quite sure that batteries were originally scarce.
Or did you think of this way yourself?

Normally, you can find some from the car sometimes and sometimes not.
I'm not quite sure the latest update makes it more difficult to find.
Makes finding some materials used to upgrade the recycled table take more time

yeah they become more rare but you can craft them now easily at most safehouse and your bases
