Next Gen Console Update and compatibility PS5 / Xbox X
I really hope and i pray the devs will do a next gen update for the game with the new update coming.
Is there any plans for that with the consoles?

Back when they took months to get an update out after they released a PC update, the Devs stated they would release both console and PC updates at the same time. However, bug fixes still take longer than the PC bug fixes.

My guess is, that the console version will be updated the same time the PC version is.
