When has a legitimate developer, who was in need of legitimate feedback from their playerbase, ever reached out with some random unaffiliated Steam account with a post in the Discussions of Steam with nothing more than a link to god knows where?

they need to fix the glitched schematic blast jacket. when you pick it up it gives you nothing. i have reinstalled my game and started a new game and it's still glitched out. after the last patched they moved it's location it doesn't work anymore. and once you pick it up it's gone forever.

You want to help then reach maximum number of players but the devs themselves posted it only on twitter and Facebook. Steam forum is a very active site why didn't they post it here?

This is the third or fourth survey they had done. I would say they already have waiting for deployment the things they are asking in the survey — about crafting — which is actually a step in the right direction as many have asked for it. The survey is a public relations stuff but who cares as long as they do improvements.
