And you Snipergirl, are you asking someone to do the thing you did not want to do by yourself. Sometime back, you bragged about screencapturing someone doing worse thing than this, I and a moderator here urged you to post it but you chickened out.
It was sent to where it needed to go. As far as screen shots, almost all my screenshots from Gen Zero are public.
Plus, a good third of the skills are crap and/or useless. I you're playing a public co-op game with someone who has all the skills unlocked, what does that do to you? Nothing in the skill tree makes that big of a difference power-wise. In so far as 'difficulty' goes, you're gonna have an easier time with a Tier 5/6 weapons and gear with a fresh Lv1 avatar than you would with a Lv31 character with Tier 1 gear; and nobody bats an eye as using end-game gear to help level up your 2nd, 3rd, or 4th avatar.
So long as they're not doing super obvious ♥♥♥♥ that disrupts the experiences of the other players (speed hacks, invulnerability, one-hit-killing everything, etc.), why the hell should anybody else even care? Even with all skills unlocked, you can still only have one active penultimate skill, and all but two of them are crap anyways.
I personally use a modded storage inventory, because I'm a long time Elder Scrolls/Fallout pack-rat. The vanilla limit of 200 was frustrating and anxiety inducing. Bumping that up to 5,000 allows me to loot everything, and that just makes me feel better. I still have the stock carry capacity, it's not like I'm hauling 2 tonnes of rockets into battle or anything. But if someone else wants to get bent out of shape because I modded the game to increase my own enjoyment, and that modification doesn't have any effect on them whatsoever, they can get bent.
Where did you post it? Why don't you just simply provide the link so people you are urging to send their screencaps to could know.
GenZ in a casual game compared to Counter Strike General Offensive and other Player vs Player games that are VAC (Valve Anti Cheat) protected. Since they are player vs player games, VAC makes sense to enforce fair play.
But in GenZ you are allied with the other players against the machine, maxing out skills does not disrupt your own.

Blocking any-out-of-game modification requires a massive amount of money and resources. I'd rather they spend it improving the game and addressing what so many have been requesting:
- Ability to reset skill, - Ability to increase carry-weight and storage, - Ability to fully rebind keys, - New Game Plus mode, - Improvement in multiplayer mode, - Ability to better develop character, etc, etc, etc. See link below:

Next time you encounter whatever you don't like during multiplayer: quit if you are not the host and kick them out if you are the host. You can keep doing that if you want, or adapt to whatever is out there or enjoy come what may. The public multiplayer mode is like the internet, no one really controls it.
To me, where someone enters a public game, where you yourself point out the extra skills are not needed, using modified software, then they are dishonest and do not see a need to play by the boundaries in the public co-op games. Which you claim you use a mod that unlocks the weight limits, then you also have unlimited ammo, the ability to carry all weapons and their ammo. Unlimited health kits and so on. But is that all you use? Could you also be using a mod that unlocks all limits with the press of a few keys? I am in battle with a reaper and without warning I fast travel to the other end of the map, is that a glitch or a player using other mods? Machines in the game become indestructible for no reason? A player doesn't have to reload and the cycle on their rocket launcher seems very fast.
Or I join a map where the host is a level 3 but all his safe houses are visible and has no cue how to even play the game. A player joins but doesn't show up on the map, no name tag over his character so there is no way to know where they are on the map, but your rivals start to just blow up in a whole region.
It is always funny how public game cheaters always have excuses as to why it is ok to cheat in public games and the list of excuses is always very long. In the end they have no respect for other players.
Not saying you do or would do all this but when it comes to editing the boundaries of a game who is to say it is to far and then bring it into a public game where all players should feel that all players are equal.
Lemme stop you right there, cause your reading comprehension is bordering on zero right now. So maybe read all of what I wrote before you ride off to White Knight me in the name Fair-Play in a co-op PvE game...
"I still have the stock carry capacity, it's not like I'm hauling 2 tonnes of rockets into battle or anything."
I explicitly said that I modded only my storage capacity, not my carry weight. It cuts down on the game's otherwise crap-tastic inventory management, with no real effect on combat performance. Sure, I can store a lot more weapons and ammo, but I still need to fit what I want to take with me to a fight into that same vanilla 96 weight units.
If that offends your personal sensibilities, you are a precious little cinnamon bun, and you can also get bent.
Man, thanks for pulling back at the very end there. I mean, after painting all people who use mods as potential trolls and boogiemen of the multiplayer gaming universe, it's nice to know that at least you haven't personally said I'd do something like that. You didn't accuse me of being one of those people (cause you know how those people act, amiright?), you merely implied it with the entirety of your post.
Anyways...
Why do you care? If you jump into a public game and the host is acting like an idiot, cheats or not, you simply leave.
Want a Lv3 host with all the locations unlocked explained? Easy. That's the player's 2nd avatar, because the state of the game world is shared across all characters. Simple explanation, no cheats required. You think they're playing stupid? Well, that's both relative, and an opinion. Perhaps somebody new is playing on their sibling's/friend's/parent's game with a fresh character? Maybe they're bored and just goofing off? Maybe they're just looking to get a rise out of some pubs? Again, you need no cheats to recreate this scenario, and the resolution is the same with out without cheats.
You leave.
You can't force a modder or a cheater to play their game to your standards, the only option you have is to leave. This isn't a competitive experience. You don't have a league rank at stake. There is no anti-cheat in place. You simply take your ball and go home. If you happen to be the host you can force anyone else to take their ball and leave at any time for any reason, and they likewise have zero recourse against you.
I'm not here to justify ruining other people's experiences while online, I don't go out of my way to be provocative or a jerk. But you can be a troll without or without mods, and both kinds of trolls can get thoroughly bent. But I don't have enough f**ks to give, to waste them on caring how someone else enjoys their games, so long as its not effecting me personally.
It's the same stance I hold on sex; I don't care who you love or what consenting adults do in the privacy of their own bedrooms, so long as I'm not involved. Likewise I do think that those who get upset at others who mod their games in a way that has zero effect on them, are very much akin to those who worry about what others do in the privacy of their own bedrooms; it's the same train of thought, and they're both stupid for the same reasons.
Finally snipergirl makes a clear stand that that his/her point is about honesty and dishonesty founded on morality (over a game), so I will assume snipergirl never lied anytime and anywhere in his/her life.
As he/she is honest, I will ask her once again the exact link where he/she posted her screencaps, example those with skills all unlocked. What action did those behind the links promise to take.
SO honest snipergirl, you urged the OP to make a report and you said you had done it already, where is the link? What action will be taken?
I expect snipergirl will just ignore this post, just like he/she is ignoring the previous post belew.
* Leave the game if you are not the host
* Communicate with them to see if things could be remedied
Finally, make your comment known to the devs that you want better control of the public game: give players the ability to block/unblock a host, guest or any player that they want to block. The blocking must be done up to the account level so the block can't be easily circumvented by simply changing player name.
Otherwise there will be whining forever.

Sorry, I did not mean you on everything I typed. Just players that feel the need to bring modified software into a public game. And I agree, increasing your storage is no big deal and is not something that would effect my game. But you resorting to name calling shows a lot about your character and thanks for the award, I will spend the points thinking of you!
And yes, I leave hosted games when there are mods in the game. It is not what I am looking for when I want to join a public co-op game like Gen Zero. And the way mismatch maker works I normally have to play solo or open my map up to the public.
BTW Crazywolf, You are blocked, only reason I seen what you asked was because I looked where my 2 awards came from. so I don't see your replies to anything on Steam forums. But to answer you, If the company that asked me to send them what I had wanted you to have it, I am sure they would have sent it to you. Sorry if you are not in their inner circle.
